A Flow Jam is a community gathering where members come together to practice and share flow arts like hula hooping, poi, fans, and staves. Our flow jam is a free and no-pressure event where we want flow performers to be allowed to explore their creative expression and to share their skills. Flow jams can also be a great opportunity to meet others and learn new things!

This is a donation based event (Recommended donation: $20) Your donation helps us to continue to offer low cost and free events to the public. we only have a few props available for loan; first come first serve; drinks are available for purchase at the bar. Register here.
