A Flow Jam is a community gathering where members come together to practice and share flow arts like hula hooping, poi, fans, and staves. Our flow jam is a free and no-pressure event where we want flow performers to be allowed to explore their creative expression and to share their skills. Flow jams can also be a great opportunity to meet others and learn new things!

All the funds collected from our Flow Jam Fundraiser go toward MiSA’s yearly operation costs. No need to register, but there will be a $5 cover at the door.
