In this pay-what-you-can class (suggested donation: $20) Sam Margason will be instructing a yoga class using a Hatha style vinyasa flow, while guiding the breath through each movement. Class begins with some mindfulness, breathwork, meditation and centering into the space, followed by some slow stretching. Then we will flow through many different yoga poses, and end by slowing it down once again with deep breathing and reflection. REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION. Register Here.
